- **Decade — ₹599**: 120 bills, 10 years of analysis.

## What does each plan include?
All three plans include the same review depth on every uploaded bill: line-by-line entry review, tariff comparison against the latest MPERC schedule, solar net-metering explanation, summary preparation help for official support, and a 7-day refund if zero bills have been parsed. The only difference between plans is the number of bills you can review per connection.

## Is there a free tier?
Yes. A free tier lets you review a small number of bills before deciding which plan to buy.

## How do I pay?
Online via Cashfree, supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payments are processed in INR with a GST-compliant invoice issued automatically.

## Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if zero bills have been parsed and no exports, PDF downloads, or summaries have been generated. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

## What happens after the bill limit is reached?
You retain read-only access to everything you have already reviewed. To review more bills, you can upgrade to a larger plan or renew the same plan.

## Can one licence cover multiple connections?
No. Each plan covers one MPPKVVCL service connection. Households with multiple connections need one licence per connection.

## Is GST applicable?
Yes. All prices are inclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued automatically to the billing email after each purchase.
